By filling in this form, I am informed that my data is being processed by CROSSCALL as the data controller in order to process your request.
It is stored and forwarded to Crosscall’s Data Protection Officer (DPO) and, if applicable, to the relevant Crosscall departments to process your request.
The data is kept for the calendar year of the request, plus five years in France.
The identity documents that may be sent are:
• immediately deleted in the event of incompetence on the part of Crosscall’s data protection officer (unless it is necessary for the request to be forwarded to the competent Crosscall department) or if the request validly addressed to the delegate did not require the transmission of an identity document;
• deleted 1 year after receipt of the request in other cases.
